Using our network of logistics partners, items in stock like line cards, expansion modules, PSUs, adaptors, SPFs, a smaller batch of modems, routers or CPEs we can ship in 2-3 working days. via global couriers like Fedex, DHL, DPD, GLS, etc.

Medium sized orders like a few pallets of modems (200-300 units per pallet) typically take 1-2 weeks to prepare and are shipped LTL via reknown freight forwarder partners.

Large orders of thousands of CPEs can be shipped in a full truckload or a container via air cargo or sea. Lead time typically includes 2-3 weeks to prepare and another 2-4 weeks to deliver orders of such magnitude, which is still faster than ordering brand new from a typical OEM.

• We have our in-house refurbishing facility, testing each and every CPE extensively. Tests are carried out using cutting-edge industry leading test platforms. Tests are logged and can be traced back to individual CPE based on HW ID such as serial number or MAC address
• We do test and repair core networking equipment such as switches, routers, CMTS. We do measure RF output signal strength and quality, inspect cosmetical condition, and replace serviceable and worn-out parts such as air filters, cables, connectors, cover plates, etc.
• Test reports are available on request before purchase, so the customer can verify item condition and presence of requested components or features
• We build custom headend and CMTS sets based on customers' objectives and to adhere to a certain bandwidth, customer base, number of endpoints, redundancy requirements, or power consumption constraints

Yes, Optiwella can customize refurbished CPE upon ordering. We can offer the following:

• Pack the PSU / power adaptor / power cable of choice that matches the desired region and voltage of the customer
• Include a brand new CAT5E cable with the modem
• Include a brand new phone cable (RJ11) with the modem
• Include users' manual or other print materials in the package
• Customize WIFI SSID and password
• Print custom stickers on the CPE, with the required info:
