• We do test and repair core networking equipment such as switches, routers, CMTS. We do measure RF output signal strength and quality, inspect cosmetical condition, and replace serviceable and worn-out parts such as air filters, cables, connectors, cover plates, etc.

Yes, Optiwella can customize refurbished CPE upon ordering. We can offer the following:

• Pack the PSU / power adaptor / power cable of choice that matches the desired region and voltage of the customer
• Include a brand new CAT5E cable with the modem
• Include a brand new phone cable (RJ11) with the modem
• Include users' manual or other print materials in the package
• Customize WIFI SSID and password
• Print custom stickers on the CPE, with the required info:
  - MAC Address
  - Serial Number
