Casa Systems’ downstream DS8x96 module provides carriers with a lower capacity option than the DS8x192 module. It is designed to be deployed in either the C100G or the smaller C40G. The DS8x96 module not only supports DOCSIS 3.1® but for service provider flexibility, it also supports DOCSIS 3.0 and EuroDOCSIS 3.0 standards.
