The System Control Module (SCM) supports:
• Two maintenance ports
- One maintenance RS-232 interface which supports Baud rate
speeds of 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200
- One maintenance Ethernet interface
• One bi-directional fabric port
• A system maintenance processor

• PacketCable Common Open Policy Server (COPS)

• PacketCable/VoIP Connection Management
